All patches and stickers sales are final

Reprints and replacements are only allowed for faulty orders. Should there be consequent issues with the replacement will a refund be awarded. This will take in a form of credits. Per the manufacturer’s policies
Becasue all items are unique and custom, they are non-refundable unless the merchandise is broken. All items are carefully inspected prior to being sent to the customer to identify a problem before it is sent.
All of our items are custom printed and manufactured. They do not exist in a shelf. Please allow ample time for the items to be finished and shipped to you. Holidays can affect the turnaround time between ordering and receiving the item.
Correctness and Items Never Received
All our sales are registered in the website, in your accont and order history. If you received the wrong item, please check with your order first. Check your shipping address to ensure that it wasn’t sent somewhere else in error. You alone are responsible for making sure you place an order with the correct shipping information.
If you found a problem with your item, take a picture of it in the package as you received it and send it to us. We will try our best to handle a dispute with the manufacturer to negotiate an exchange or refund in a timely manner.
